Hello, my crafty friends! Today I am using the new Bundle Brighter Skies Bundle and the coordinating Sale-a-bration DSP Sunny Days. If you want to make cards with this set; I am offering a class later this month using the Bundle and there is still time (until the end of the week) to RSVP.
I had a blast creating cards with this bundle! Isn't this card so cheery???
Below are the supplies I used and the measurements.
Sunny Days DSP Free with purchase of $50.00
Lemon Lime Twist Ink
Measurements:
Lemon Lime Twist Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
Sunny Days DSP 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
Lemon Lime Twist Mat: 4 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Basic White Layer: 4 1/8" x 3 1/8"
Inside Layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
Piece of Lemon Lime Twist 1" x 3 1/8"
Stamping:
Full Sheet of Basic white to stamp the following:
Stamp three of the cloud with rainbows on it in Pool Party
Stamp four tulips in Petal Pink
Stamp three tulips in Poppy Parade
When Stamping the "sprinkled with love" sentiment make sure you have enough room to cut the large cloud out and stamp it in Poppy Parade.
Stamp three Granny Apple Green stems
Stamp four Lemon Lime Twist stems
Stamp the Basic White (Inside layer) with the Sun in Lemon Lolly Ink and the "Brighter skies are on the way" in Poppy Parade.
Cutting:
It is important to note the three large clouds you stamped; will be cut with the smallest cloud. Place the cloud die on the stamped images and cut three (3) small clouds.
Cut a large cloud with the Sprinkled with love sentiment.
Cut all the tulips and stems
On the 1" x 3 1/8" cut with the long wavy die to create the faux grass
Assemble the card and add DSP to the envelope. Happy Crafting!
