Hello, my crafty friends!
Today I am sharing cards made with the Spotlight on Nature Bundle, Simply Said stamp set and the DSP (Designer Series Paper) Country Lace. Highlighting Stampin' Blend coloring.
I just happened to use the colors in the Country Lace DSP to showcase the monochromatic scheme. The card fold is one Sue Campfield showcased I just added my touch to the card because I really like the layered look
Card Recipe for offset gate fold card:
Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11" scored at . 3 1/4" and 8 3/4"
Card Mats in Basic White: 3 1/8" x 4 1/8" and 2 1/8" x 4 1/8"
Country Lace DSP: 3" x 4" and 2" x 4"
Inside: 4" x 5 1/4"
Die Cut Scrap in Basic White
I used Petal Pink and Misty Moonlight card, ink and markers.
I played with this set all weekend and sometimes you get a bundle and it just really resonates with you....this is one of those sets. Would love to see if you try out the monochromatic color scheme on a card!
